REGISTER BY SUNDAY, APRIL 6th FOR HOME DELIVERY OF PACKET
Come and experience Hilton Head Island's culture and welcoming hospitality, marvel at its beautiful island scenery, and enjoy award-winning cycling while raising funds to support the most valuable asset we have, our children.
In its 18th year, Pedal Hilton Head Island has been a cornerstone event for the Boys & Girls Club. Your participation in Pedal Hilton Head Island supports our commitment to keep children on the path to academic success.
Rides for every level of cyclist give pedalers a chance to see Hilton Head Island, a Gold Level Bicycle Friendly Community, through a two-wheeled lens, featuring some of the best vistas and communities on the Island.
PEDAL-FOR-A-KID
Pedal-for-a-Kid is an upgrade option to your registration that supports the Club's scholarship fund. Many of our young people would not be able to attend the Boys & Girls Club without the help of scholarship and fee assistance. We do not turn away any kid due to an inability to pay.
The Pedal-for-a-Kid option includes the standard ride swag, a commemorative 2025 Pedal jersey, an included tax-deductible donation to the Boys & Girls Club (donation-receipt mailed directly from the Club), and best of all, a photo of a Club kid to pin to the back of your jersey during the ride!
2025 PEDAL JERSEY
Included with the Pedal-for-a-Kid upgrade or purchase separately for $75. Purchase by March 3rd for delivery in time for the ride. Orders received after March 3rd will be delivered in June.

Mission
Pedal Hilton Head has two missions, the first is to be a marquee cycling event in our Gold Level Bicycle Friendly community. The second, and most important, is to fund programs and scholarships at the Boys & Girls Club of Hilton Head Island for those kids who need us the most. Parents and caregivers rely on the Club to provide childcare, unique learning and recreation opportunities, and a healthy source of food for their children, all of which would not be available without generous donors like you. The Club also provides part and full-time employment for over 20 members of the Hilton Head community plus draws from the incredible volunteers that make the Island so special.
The Club is a cornerstone of daily life for the children and teens that it serves daily. Many of them are from low-income families: 63% of Club Members (children) are from families living in poverty, 71% do not have health insurance, 54% live in single parent households and many do not have a home to call their own.
Your 2025 registration and contributions support our programs which focus on academic success, healthy lifestyle and being good, productive, caring citizens. The Club works with staff, the board and community volunteers to continually improve programming and our facilities to meet the changing and growing needs of the children of Hilton Head Island.
Fundraising
Pedal to Support the Kids!
Many of our young people would not be able to attend the Boys & Girls Club without the support of scholarship donations. Please help ensure that all children, regardless of their ability to pay, benefit from the Club's programs to reach their full potential as productive, caring, RESPONSIBLE citizens.
Our Pedal-for-a-Kid challenge is back bigger and better than ever for 2025. This upgrade option to your registration includes a tax-deductible donation to the Boys & Girls Club of Hilton Head Island (donation receipt mailed directly from the Club). If registered by March 3, your commemorative jersey will be included in your mailed packet so you can wear your jersey on May 4 for the main ride.
Pedal-for-a-Kid riders are encouraged to fundraise beyond their registration.

This is a Rain or Shine event. No refunds or transfers.
The safety of our participants and volunteers is our most important concern and if any of the threatening weather conditions are present the day of the event (tornado warning, tornado watch, thunderstorm, heavy rain or a hurricane decides to visit), the event may be delayed or canceled.
When weather conditions or other physical conditions present a danger to participants, such conditions fall under the label “acts of mother nature,” it will not result in refunding of any event entry fees or future event credits, since funds were already spent in preparation for your event day.
